Fourteen days, no questions asked

If the report is not what you hoped for, write to hello@bornunderthesky.com within fourteen days of your purchase and the money goes back. You do not have to explain why. You do not have to send the file back.

Refunds are issued to the card you paid with. Stripe usually returns the money within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

What you keep

Nothing is taken away. The PDF stays on your computer. There is no licence to revoke and no account to close.

If something went wrong on our end

If the download link expired before you used it, if the file arrived damaged, or if the email never came, that is not a refund, that is a fix. Write to hello@bornunderthesky.com and a fresh copy is sent at no charge.

If you did not provide a birth time

The offer page says before payment what a report without a birth time leaves out. If you find your birth time later, write in and the full version is sent at no charge. That is not a second purchase.

After fourteen days

The window closes at fourteen days. If something genuinely went wrong and you are past that, write anyway. This is one person reading the mail, not a queue.
