By using this site or buying a report, you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.

What you are buying

A PDF built from the birth data you enter, delivered by email as a download link. It is a single file for your own use.

The price is shown before payment and charged in US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion fee that is not ours and not visible here.

What this is not

This is a reading of a birth chart. It describes patterns, not outcomes.

It is not a prediction. Nothing here forecasts events in your life.

It is not professional advice. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial guidance, and it is not a substitute for any of those. No qualification in astrology, counselling or any regulated profession is claimed.

Decisions about your health, your money, your relationships or your work should be made with people qualified to help you make them.

Accuracy

The astronomical positions are calculated from an ephemeris and are accurate to the arcminute. The interpretations are written text. They are not facts about you and they are not verifiable.

If you do not provide a birth time, the report says so on its final page and the readings that depend on it are absent. This is stated before payment.

What you can do with the file

Read it, print it, keep it, give a copy to someone you know.

Do not resell it, publish it, or use its text to build a competing product. The writing is original and is protected by copyright.

Your account of yourself

You are responsible for the birth data you enter. A wrong date or a wrong city produces a wrong chart, and that is not grounds for a refund under the fix-it clause, though the fourteen day refund still applies.

You must be at least 18 to buy.

Delivery

The report is generated after payment and emailed as a signed download link. The link expires. If it expires before you use it, write in and a fresh one is sent.

Delivery is usually within minutes. If something breaks in between, you are not charged twice and the report still arrives.

Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked. The full terms are on the refunds page.

If the site is down

This is a small operation. The site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside anyone's control. No uptime is guaranteed. If an outage prevents delivery of something you paid for, you get the report or your money back.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected to this site or the report is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited under Québec consumer law.

If you are a consumer in Québec, the Consumer Protection Act applies and nothing in these terms takes away a right it gives you.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protections of your own country's law and can bring a claim in your own courts.

Changes

These terms can change. The date below changes with them. A change never applies backwards to a report you have already bought.
